Choose the correct White County record route

White County criminal records are not a single national record set. The correct route depends on the state, custodian and record type. This page preserves four researched branches: Georgia, Illinois, Arkansas and Indiana. These examples are not exhaustive: if you mean another White County, confirm the state and responsible custodian before requesting a record.

Georgia, Illinois and Arkansas lookup routes

White County Georgia criminal-history requests use the local Records route. The request requires subject consent signed in person, a driver's license copy, and the published fee is $10 cash with exact change. The Records office is open Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and the Records phone is 706-865-6717.

For Georgia court-file needs, the White County Superior Court Criminal Division maintains criminal pleadings. Court-file and certified-copy requests follow the Clerk route, including regular and e-certified copy options through the Georgia Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA) process. The White County Clerk contact phone is 706-865-2613.

White County Illinois court records use the Circuit Clerk route and the linked Judici case search. Copies or additional requests go through the clerk. The Circuit Clerk phone is 618-382-2321.

White County Arkansas records use Search ARCourts for name and case-number lookup. Online document availability can be limited, so the Circuit Clerk is the fallback for copies, certification and unavailable records. The Circuit Clerk phone is 501-279-6203. Ordinary 8.5x11 copies are listed at $0.25 per page and certification is listed at $5.

Indiana MyCase and court-record limits

White County Indiana uses free public MyCase access for court searching. Search options include case number, citation number, cross-reference number and party search. Missing, older, unavailable or certified documents may require clerk assistance. MyCase is not a complete criminal-history repository.

Understand record type and next steps

Court cases, sheriff criminal-history services and incident records are different products. Verify names, case identifiers, dispositions and whether a certified copy is needed before relying on a result.
